East Crescent Development
Sealark has approval for a 14-lot subdivision on the East Crescent site in Culburra Beach.
All approvals are in place to complete this development and we are currently negotiating with Aboriginal stakeholders and Heritage NSW about management of the Aboriginal heritage values on the site.
